The launch party for the Elephant Family's 'In Giants' Footsteps' campaign in celebration of the life and legacy of Mark Shand and to launch a very special campaign to raise money to create a series of much needed lifeline elephant corridors in Assam in North East India, saving the future for 1,700 wild endangered elephants. 600 guests led by Mark Shand's nephew Ben Elliot, Elephant Family's CEO Ruth Powys and Sotheby's Chairman Henry Wyndham gathered at Victoria House, Bloomsbury Square, London on 5th June 2014 to celebrate Mark Shand's life, work & adventures.
